Nicoletti-Flater Associates, PLLP, has specialized in the fields of police and public safety psychology, crisis intervention, trauma recovery, and violence prevention since 1975. Five of the psychologists on staff, including Dr. John Nicoletti, are American Board Certified Specialists in Police and Public Safety Psychology. Nicoletti-Flater staff have responded to a variety of critical incidents including: school, workplace, and community violence, line-of-duty injuries and death, and hostage negotiations. We work with law enforcement and government agencies as well as private organizations around the country to provide a variety of services including: critical incident response, trauma/crisis recovery, violence prevention training, direct and indirect risk assessments, pre-employment screenings, etc. Please review the "Offered Services" section for additional information.
